MISTINGUETT BRUT ROSÉ

Varieties: Garnacha – Trepat

Wine type: Brut Cava

Production: Traditional method. middle aged for 12 months on its lees.

LOKE: Pale cherry red tones. Fine bubbles.

SMELL: Delicate aromas of red fruit (strawberry and raspberry) with floral and citrus notes (grapefruit).

TASTE: Smooth entry which highlights the refreshing flavors found in the nose combined with the creaminess of red fruits. It has a good balance and nice finish, long and flavorful. Bubble very thin and elegant.

GASTRONOMY

Recommended for drinking on its own at any time, as an aperitif and with light meals. Serve at 5-6ºC.
